The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. Magic AI Avatars does not filter, edit, publish or review avatars prior to their presence on the app. Magic AI Avatars shall not be liable for the avatars or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the avatars in this app.
Magic AI Avatars reserves the right to monitor all avatars and to remove any avatars which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You are granted to use the generated avatars for any personal or commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, using the avatars on social media, or as a profile picture on any platform. By using the avatars, you assume all risks and liabilities associated with such use, and indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims arising from your use of the avatars. This license is subject to your compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
All photos provided by you will remain your sole and exclusive property. We will only use these photos to generate your personalized avatars, and for no other purpose. We will not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these photos for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without your express consent.

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your App. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on our App. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
